Responsibilities:
The Staff Scheduler/PSS Supervisor does weekly and weekend scheduling for consumers.
The staff scheduler/supervisor II supervises PSS staff and ensures clients receive quality care.
The Staff Scheduler/PSS Supervisor will be responsible for documenting concerns and complaints from both consumers and employees and to take the appropriate action when deemed necessary, by holding PSS staff to our policies.
Responsibilities also include entering weekly schedules into the Generations system as well as auditing all timesheets on a weekly basis, ensuring PSS/Client tasks are completed per the consumers plan of care and service authorizations from EIM.
If corrections need to be made, the Staff Scheduler II will be responsible for getting corrected timesheets from PSS staff.
Criteria for auditing timesheets will include Assure PSS staff use our EVV system to log in and out.
Time in/time out and tasks completed checked off on timesheets handed in.
Signature of person providing services and client signature on timesheet.
The staff scheduler/PSS supervisor II will also assist with tracking overtime on a weekly basis.
Overtime should be tracked on a weekly basis and kept at a minimum-preferably at10.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
